  • Unilever France - Payroll Coordinator (After the outsourcing of payroll in ADP)

    2009 - 2012 Payroll Process Management :

    => Validation of the annual payment schedule with ADP and distribution to the team
    => Identification and planning of periodic activities which impact payroll (General/Individual raises, Profit sharing, 13th month…)
    => Management of providers : verification of coherence and quality of services rendered by ADP for payroll, AON/AXA for sick leave)
    => Coordination and monthly arbitration of payroll between HR and ADP
    => Resolution of incidents due to payroll which require us to put in place a procedure
    => Payroll expert for team
    => Responsible for the access to payroll software
    => Implementation of new software and training for the team (E.G : Symphony)
    => Improvement and coordination of the process and procedures linked to payroll with operational HR and providers
    => Give input to analyse and provide recommandations for payroll project (E.G.: new company integration…)

    Coordination and validation of legal changes and collective bargaining agreements :

    => Analyse the needs and feasibility of the team’s demands
    => Technical implementation with ADP
    => Validate the results with ADP and the team

    Management :

    => Set up bi-annual meetings with HR team to present new processes, new projects ans to improve the payroll process
    => Set up monthly meetings with ADP to go over the problems and improve the process
    => Functionnal Management : requires pedagogy, rigor, analytic skills and time management
    => Direct report : payroll assistant and payroll administrator

    Responsability of 3500 wages
