    Recruitment
    - Developed and deployed the office university recruiting strategy to help achieve annual hiring goals for internship needs and pre-identification for candidate pipeline;
    - Recruited 120 interns and apprentices for managerial functions: Sales, HR, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Lean Management, IT, FM, Strategy, Quality, Health and Safety Managers;
    - Facilitated the recruiting efforts regarding disability: partnership with the organization Tremplin;
    - Advertised vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media;
    - Reviewed applications, conducted about 500 interviews and created a shortlist of candidates;
