  • Unilever (Switzerland) - Financial Accounting Manager

    2016 - 2017 Responsible for the financial reporting of the entity UBMS. Manages the month end- closures and the statutory reporting.
    Monitors the payroll process for all entities of the Swiss Hub.
    Provide support to the USCC, one of the three regional supply chain companies of Unilever.
  • Unilever (Switzerland) - Financial Analyst

    2013 - 2016 Compilation of Financial Statements and reporting to headquarters for several entities
    within the Group.
    Monitors budget implementation for Unilever Schaffhausen Service AG. Identifies overspends/underspends and communicates issues to budget holders. Analyses all costs related to the Schaffhausen Hub and verifies that they are booked one month prior to year-end closure. Mitigates all possible issues and enables the Service company to smoothly allocate costs to the hosted companies.
    M&A Accounting : manages the financial integration of recently acquired businesses.
    Collaborates with the financial team of the Acquiree to appreciate its business practice,
    liaises with consultants to analyse the financial statements at purchase date and identify
    potential risks. Provides guidance to the competent counterparts of the Acquiree in order
    to align their financial statements with Unilever standards.
  • UNILEVER Grèce - Responsable Trésorerie

    2011 - 2013 * Prévision des besoins en trésorerie dans un contexte de Grexit : emprunts procurés par le siège gelés, nécessité de trouver d'autres sources de financement : découvert journalier, prêts accordés par les banques locales. ;
    * Optimisation du Working Capital : reverse factoring pour soutenir les fournisseurs, gestion quotidienne des approvisionnements et des encaissements clients. Résultat: aucun retard de paiement en 2 ans et minimisation du montant remboursable en EUR à la société mère. ;
    * Révision des procédures de paiement (Sarbanes-Oxley): risque détecté.
  • UNILEVER Grèce - Contrôleur de gestion produits

    2003 - 2011 * Mise en place de nouveaux indicateurs, augmentation du Retour sur Investissement des promotions en magasin (+ 20% en 1 an). ;
    * Elaboration des budgets annuels, suivi mensuel des résultats, ajustement des prévisions, communication à la Direction des performances, proposition d'actions correctives. Résultats atteints, changement de catégorie de produits tous les 2 ans.
  • Elais-Unilever SA - Business Partner, Management & Accountant

    2000 - 2011 Built annual Budget in cooperation with Marketing, Sales and Planning departments for various Categories throughout the years (Foods, Homecare and Personal Care).
    Monitored budget implementation on a monthly basis, communicated discrepancies to various holders and escalated issues to the Board when necessary.
    Designed the business plan for a new product launch and interacted with headquarters to finalize details of the local implementation. The successful launch ensured new volumes for the local production site and resulted in a market share increase of 12 points.
