    Expertise :
    My primary expertise is in strategy and organizational change. I work with multi-national companies (energy-utility, industrial, retail and building sectors) on addressing key sustainability challenges whilst creating economical value and benefiting their business. Main clients: Total, Bouygues, GDF-Suez, Areva, Decathlon. To advise our client in translating strategy into business operation, we conduct several tasks:
    - Conducting CSR review
    - Elaborating of sustainable strategy and implementation of operational recommendations
    - Mapping and engaging stakeholders: clients, NGO’s, public institutions, suppliers
    - Identifying market opportunities and providing economic forecasts (revenues, profit, market share)
    - Designing evaluation systems, analytical tools to assess their impact, prioritize strategic, social and environmental stakes, devise clear goals and monitor performance

    My second expertise lies in conducting constant watch on the solar sector, recommending companies for our “Green Alley Certificate” , our Private Equity activity and conduct strategic consultancy for investors.

    - Indentifying innovative technologies and conducting due diligence

    - Working with CTBR (Compagnie de Trésorerie Benjamin de Rothschild) on financing

    I lead conferences to executives on “the climate change and peak oil: opportunities for new Business Model”.
