    Boulogne-Billancourt 2010 - maintenant As a Capgemini's subsidiary, Prosodie is a telecom operator and a front-office solutions provider, specialized in multichannel customer interactions and digital transformation.

    Within the Front-Office Business Division, I have worked during 3.5 years on the banking sector (Crédit Agricole especially).
    Since 2013, I am in charge of some main accounts in the public service & administration department (CNAMTS - French social services administration, La Poste)

    As an Account Manager, my main responsibilities are :
    - Definition of the commercial strategy
    - Detection of new business opportunities
    - Coordination of the different contributors to answer the customers‘RFIs or RFPs (pre-sales, technical experts, marketing, legal department, external partners…)
