    05/2008 to 12/2010 - Change leader :
    - Human interfaces in pig iron flow between blast furnaces (BF) and steel plant (Eradication of BF and Continuous casters productions downtimes because of pig iron flow)
    - Mechanical trials process human interfaces and material flow (=> Reduction of blocked inventories by 3)
    - Metal inventory reduction program (reduce by 2 in a crisis period => improvement of leadtime)
    - Cost reduction program (identification of potentials and planifiaction of ideas => 4 M€ of potential savings identified in St Chely plant and Energy department in Fos)
    -Separation of operational and support activities, shrinkage of hierarchical chain length for a better efficiency of work and communication => Done in 2 departments

    Since 01/2011: Programme Management Officer (PMO)
    - Follow up and challenge of the plant 3 year progress plan
    - Support role in the local Progress academy (Training, standards, process)

    Since 04/2011 : PMO + Senior Change Leader :
    - Train and coach the change leaders I am working with (who are working on the projects)
    - Adapation of the Energy department organisation after 2 years of the organisation transformation (=> Improvement of the governance, of the internal and external interfaces, creation of Energy specialist club in the plant)
    - Desynchronise the packaging and the production of the sheeting line to move the bottleneck from the exit of the line to the entrance
    - Solid fuel preparation for sinter => Guaranty levels and quality of solid fuel in sinter silos (15% => 85%)
    - 70% productivity potential identification in coil repairs activity (action plan in progress)
    - New plant progress plan event design and animation to 2500 people of the site (90% satisfaction) + training & booklet design
  • PROCOVES INDUSTRIE - Responsable Méthodes et Développement

    2003 - 2007 Restart from scratch the organisation and processes set up of the Product development and preparation for puting on the market of safety gloves (textile and leather made).

    - In relation with production, commercial, purchases and finance, this transversal leader role was the opportunity to bring back rigour in the processes.

    - I have trained and bring to my level my assistant in order she can lead the preparation on the market and product development management of the products
    - Starating with standard products development
    - Then products for administration
    - Ending with very technical products for the army, firefighters

    - I have also revamped the products testing laboratory
    - New machines for testing
    - Aligning procedures with certified labs

    When I left, my team was fully autonomous. Which was my goal.
