    Darmstadt 2016 - maintenant Within the Life Science Process Solutions Commercial - Sales Intelligence team, I'm a key business partner to sales leaders by delivering actionable intelligence support and business insights in a proactive manner to facilitate evidence-based decision making.
    I'm in charge of collecting and analyzing information from internal and external sources, assess implications and communicate them with recommended actions. I'm monitoring the competitive and external environment, driving assimilation of competitive intelligence to ensure that sales and business decision-making is supported by timely, accurate, unbiased and contextual analysis.
  • IMS Health - Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

    PUTEAUX 2014 - 2016 As a Senior Analyst, I was in charge of both team management and commercial support for salespeople as well as for customers, for various markets (oncology, dermatology, urology, infectious diseases);
    Main customers : Gilead, Pfizer, Sanofi Pasteur MSD, Menarini
    As team management, my tasks were to integrate, to train, to evaluate and to support 2 Business Intelligence Analysts. One of them as a junior, who I hired and trained and the other one who wanted to evolve as a senior.
    I also was in charge of the team production schedule with almost 100 studies delivered each year (monthly or quarterly monitorings, ad hoc requests), which turnover represented 1 m €
    I was responsible for operational Excellency of every study delivered by the team. My role was to propose and validate relevant analysis and suitable methodologies, depend on customers’ demands

    As commercial support, my tasks were to help salespeople to identify and to define customers’ needs in order to elaborate suitable commercial proposals. I provided advices to write commercial proposals as far as capabilities for almost 50 proposals each year. I was the point of contact for customers, to help them understand as well as possible all the data and reports in order to take the best operational decisions. I was a technical support/ data expert for key accounts managers during customers meetings, presentations or workshops.
  • Cegedim Strategic Data - Business Intelligence Analyst

    2012 - 2014 As an Analyst, I was in charge of quantitative studies, based on physician prescription and pharmacists’ databases, for cardiology markets (statins, antiplatelets, heart failure)
    Main customers: AstraZeneca, MSD, Sanofi, Servier
    My tasks were, in a self-governing way, to produce reportings and dashboards used to drive business.
    I made proposals to improve internal production chain used to extract and qualify large data. I also implemented synthesis, recommendation for annual or ad hoc studies to bring add value for customers

    2008 - 2012 As an Analyst, I was in charge of qualitative studies/surveys based on physician phone interviews
    My tasks were to produce competitive intelligence reports on healthcare promotional investment and on medical sales representatives speeches.
    Main customers: Roche, MSD, Novartis
    I wrote interview guides focused on technical hospital markets such as oncology drugs and used by phone investigators. I also wrote and presented reports to customers
