Software engineer with more than 8 years of experience in Business Intelligence and CRM projects, I started my career as a consultant on the CRM and ERP PeopleSoft. I subsequently worked on implementation projects of sales force automation, campaign management and business intelligence with strong marketing connotation. During my career, I intervened on large projects in different domains and in international context.
I have acquired throughout my missions a strong technical and functional knowledge in design and implementation of customer repositories, marketing reporting and datamarts.
Today, as business process analyst with a transverse knowledge on CRM matters, I can intervene at different levels - like assistance in the definition of business needs, translation of business requirements into detailed specifications and technical solutions, risks evaluation, process analysis and recommendation as part of the continuous improvements.
