    Nathalie Serbin is born in 1963, after a first experience as law teacher; she joined the CRECI consultants company specialized in Management
    Between 1991 and 2004 as independent consultant she created and managed the HR departments and direction for the international Pimkie/Orsay/Xanaka Group (textile distribution),she notably concentrated her action to develop all talents in the organization.
    In 2005, she created and managed Sonacademy the university of Sonepar group dedicated to develop skills of the first 600 business leaders
    Many other clients including Cofathec Savelys ( Gaz de France group), Eurotoll ( Sanef group),Picwic, Casino, Calvados general council ,Manor group (Switzerland),Mac Cormick (French Caribbean islands),ASOP (Singapore) have retained the services of Nathalie for her pertinent solutions and the great results obtained thanks to her workshops and coaching actions .
