As a shipping professional, I have first gained experience in liner shipping for 8 years, where I analyzed data and organized container flows, both in France and Taiwan. The second part of my career focused on business development for freight forwarding companies, where I excelled at logistics organisation and coordination with all transportation suppliers. My last experience in project cargo logistics gave me the opportunity to work closely with shipping companies and negotiate charter parties. This motivating experience inspired me to go back to school for 2 years, where I completed a Master’s Degree in International Finance, Shipping and Trading that best matches my mathematical mindset and adds value to my hands-on shipping experience. I got hired by the Italian dry bulk shipping company d’Amico in Monaco, and lately joined a yachting company where I led a project for a new business unit.

  • BWA Yachting - Project Manager

    2015 - 2017 Project management for BWA’s provisioning team, advising and training their operations and accounting teams.
     Conceived and implemented an ordering and invoicing system for the provisioning department.
     Automated vendor purchase orders, client packing lists and invoices, eliminating errors and manual work.

    Business intelligence liaison officer with BWA Yachting headquarters in Lugano, Switzerland
     Reported and analyzed Caribbean business information: yacht port calls, type of service purchased.
     Created an internet automation software to upload all accounting data in the Group’s web portal.
  • D'amico Shipping Group - Vessel Operator

    2014 - 2015 Vessel operator at the Panamax and Supramax desk. Up to 12 vessels followed-up simultaneously.
     Voyage chartering: responsible for bunkering, port agents follow-up, laytime calculations, claims.
     Time chartering of d’Amico’s owned tonnage: coordination with brokers, charterers, and technical team.
