I receive calls for the French, English and German lines, and have to troubleshoot the issues concerning all Sonicwall products, which means SSL VPN, Email Security, Continous Data Protection or basical United Threat Management.
This requires a lot of technical network knowledge, and therefore I have received a one month training plus a continuous training each weeks. This is very interesting to learn new things every days.
