    2015 - maintenant My job as Airport Operations Agent is to deliver service and assistance to customers and flight crews at the airport terminal whilst travelling. I ensure that passengers will receive total quality of service with maximum efficiency, following safety policies and security of the IATA standards.
    My responsibilities includes: Flight editing, Check-in, Transfers, Boarding, and total support for the flight crew, responsible for performing office duties as supplying legal and flight documentations (supplying flight plans, load sheets, legal/general declarations, etc).
    A quick and efficient communication between Operations Center, Ramp, Fueling, Check-in, Security staff is the key.
    Positive attitude, attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team are essential to succeed in this high time-pressured and demanding environment.
