1-Project Buyer (Responsible for 5 projects: 110M€ of Sales):
-Definition of sourcing strategy for new generation of automotive compressors based on the industrial long term foot print (total sourcing amount: 74M€),
-Assessment of panel suppliers on their competitiveness in term of Quality, Cost and Delivery (capacity and know how check to ensure goods quality, cost break down analysis and validation of price consistency, capacity study for current and future business evolution)
-Integration of new supplier in line with the purchasing department strategy (low cost country development),
-Negotiation with suppliers for new business attribution.
-Implementation of development contract with suppliers.
-Productivity plan negotiation for the life time of projects (-3% to -5% price reduction per parts and per year) and volume evolutions,
-Follow up with suppliers of the commodities preparation for the different projects milestones and start of production.
2-Purchasing Controller (Yearly purchasing volume of 85M€ on 5000 references):
-Monthly purchasing index calculation and management report,
-Bi weekly action plan follow-up with buyers,
-Forecast creation and budget preparation,
-Development of reporting tool by using Business Warehouse (BW).
