  Paris 2011 - maintenant Development of Multiposting's resume search aggregator: Multisearch (http://www.multiposting-group.com/en/products/multisearch).
  
  Multisearch is a metasearch engine for resumes or online candidate profiles.
  
  The mission included:
  
  * Conception and development of the search aggregation system, and pluggable search connectors infrastructure. Main technologies are Django, MongoDB and Celery.
  * Leading the frontend and site connector teams.
  * Developing additional resume databases for integration in Multisearch, using Hadoop, Nutch and Solr.
  

• Work4 labs - CTO

  Paris 2010 - 2011 Work for Us (http://www.work4labs.com/) is the leading Facebook recruiting solution.
  
  I developed the solution from scratch, leading a team of 3 to 10 developers.
  
  Most challenging projects included:
  
  * Adaptation of the application architecture to the Facebook platform.
  * Integration of a payment solution which could be used by our client without ever leaving Facebook, while still maintaining appropriate security.
  * Development of a job-profile matching system. Because of the Facebook autorization process, real-time algorithms were a key requirement.
  

• Multiposting - Lead Software Engineer

  Paris 2008 - 2010 Development of the leading job cross-posting solution in France, Multiposting (http://www.multiposting-group.com/).
  
  Multiposting is a SaaS platform wich allow recruiters to post their job once and have it cross-posted to multiple job boards and schools automatically.
  
  My responsibilities included:
  
  * The management of the development team, which grew from zero to ten people in the course of two years.
  * The conception of the Multiposting architecture, with large allowances for new feature requests and unplanned changes.
  * Development of core features of the solution.
  * Installation an maintenance of the hosting solution, based on Gentoo, Apache, PHP5 and MySQL.

• Zonbu - Linux Engineer

  2007 - 2008 Zonbu (http://www.zonbu.com/) is a Gentoo-based desktop environment whose main offer is:
  
  * Ease of use, no configuration required ans upgrades are automatic.
  * Data synchronization to cloud storage.
  * Web-based OS to access your data on the move.
  
  In a team of 3 engineers, I handled:
  
  * The modification of existing Open-Source applications to make them easier to use.
  * The maintenance and development of the Zonbu configuration UI in Python.
  * The evelopment of the Zonbu Web OS platform.
  * The release of new images of the OS.
