Well Decommissioning Project consisting in Plugging and Abandonment of 8 Subsea wells in Angola for Sonangol.
- Preparation of installation procedures, well decommissioning procedures, installation drawings.
- Define the materials or services to be purchased within the allocated resource budget e.g. installation aids, sea-fastening, cantilever platform, lifting rigging.
- Approval of the X-Tree lifting analysis, sea-fastening analysis, structural analysis.
- Mobilization, follow-up of the Installation / Operation on board S3000 and DSV Iremis Da Vinci (7months Offshore Campaign).
- Offshore management of the sub-contractors job and approval of the quality reports
- Preparation, issuance to Client and approval of the end of well reports, as-built documentation.

- Preparation of 24” pipeline installation procedures.
- Coordinate between Pipelay barge and shore team the shore pulling of 3 x pipelines
- Manage the fabrication and resolve show stopper for delivery of spools and riser guards (15 items), in accordance with schedule.
- Daily organization and management of the offshore Fleet from SCNL base, including 3 Construction Vessels + associated Tugs, Supply Vessels, 2 Off Cargo Barges + Tug and Security vessels.
- Logistic Management for delivery of project equipment offshore.
- Planning of the Fleet, Fuel, Water and Offshore Equipment delivery.
