En résumé

I'm an international student at Angers IMHR (International Management in Human Resources). After doing a gap year in Australia where I improved my language skills and discovered another culture I am currently doing my master degree in Internation Human Resources. My next step is to find an internship in a company with a talent managment program need.

Due to my studies and my internships I have learnt, on one hand, technical skills such group managment, prequalification for recruitment and behaviour recognition. On the other hand I have acquired human skills such as teamwork or communication.

In the future I would like to be a Human Resource Director, that is why since I am young I am always trying to find jobs or internships where I can learn Human Resources skills or technical skills that will help me achieve this goal. Also I am very interested in the international dimension which makes people grow by discovering new cultures, peoples, customs... This explain why I would like my future work to be connected with the international dimension and the Human Resources management.

  • ITSManagement - Operator for an online casino

    2014 - 2014 ITSManagement is an online casino. It was created in 2000 and it is composed of serveral departments and I was working in the custummers relations department.

    I was in charge of helping custommers from all around the world who are meeting with dificulties and various situations, such as technical problems, financial issues or missinformation.

    In this position I needed to be multitasking as I could get as far as 5 customers at the same time with who I had to deal as quickly as possible. I learned how to interact with different services in the most efficient way, as time is a valuable resource.
  • Bush heritage Australia - Fundraiser trainer

    2013 - 2013 I was working as a fundraiser trainer for Bush Heritage Australia, the leading organization protecting lands, water and native wildlife in Australia. This non profit organisation was created in 1990.

    During this experience I greatly improved my English and selling skills. After becomming a professionnal fundraiser I became a trainer.

    As a trainer my main job consist of training new fundraisers. Thus I am responsible of a team of three people, training them on a daily basis while fundraising door to door.

    This is a valuable experience has I get to improve my team managing skills.
  • High Bridge&Co - Department Head Recruiter Assistant

    Paris 2013 - 2013 High Bridge&Co is a French and Japanese company created in 1995. They help Japanese companies to set up subsidiaries in France. It is composed of three departments ; Marketing, Law and Human Resources.

    I am the Department Head Recruiter assistant. My missions consist several points ; The most important one is the recruitment. It can be divided as follow : Creating the job description for a post. Then searching skilled workers (engineers) through many available sources. Selecting and Interviewing candidates. It also include an interview preparation with the candidates before going to our client office. These technical skills are used on a daily basis, which can be used in professional situations, .

    During this intership I have the opportunity of working in a company with employees from Japan. Thus I learn the Japanese way of thinking and their corporate culture policy. It also enables me to discover the work with multicultural people and the problems because of the differences in culture. This is a valuable experience which allowed me to improve my Human Resources skills in the recruitment area and managing the professional relations with clients and applicants.
  • Adecco - Human Resources Consultant Assistant

    Villeurbanne 2012 - 2012 During my internship I was a Human Resources assistant. I learnt several ability such as the elaboration of payslip or how to do some prequalification and also some interview about the well being at work, of course some law regulation concerning Human Resource Recruitment and communication.
    At that time I learnt how to integrate a team, how to improve my communication skills with workers and customers and I also learnt how to make compromises.

    Villeneuve d'Ascq 2011 - 2011 As a Department Head Assistant I was part of the annual competence review for several workers, and I learnt how to motivate a team as well as how to make a team work efficiently together. I also acquired an ease with customer care after being in contact with an important number of them.
