I have gained experience on both client and agency side. I have a strong experience in building digital strategies and delivering large innovative digital marketing programs. I have successfully launched and operated eCommerce platformes for key brands and developed a data performance approach through CRM and media strategies.

    PARIS 2013 - 2016 Lead of the digital business department in charge of developing e-commerce, CRM and data management activities.

    Creation of a new business model: a direct-to-consumer ecommerce channel for the Pernod-Ricard Group. Definition of its road-to-market (logistic, financial, supply, IT…) and development of the digital business plan with digital P&L (forecast budget, provisional sales and contribution margin).

    Set up of the Salesforce CRM platform and deployment of the loyalty program.

    Deployment of the social media strategy including the setup of the social listening platform.

    Acceleration of the knowledge of digital behaviour, big data and KPIs.

    Setup of the DMP Group in France and launch of the programmatic campaign, and conception of the data model analysis.
