    Porto Alegre 2010 - 2010 • Functional team lead responsible for the creation of a global template which should be usable with the less customisation possible during the localization phase.
    • Workshops for definition and implementation of the new concept being the more standard possible, covering Enterprise Compensation Management, Personnel Cost Planning, Performance Management and Global Jobs catalogue.
    • Responsible to deliver the blueprint on time covering the above functionalities.
  • Shell - Upgrade ECC 6.0 + Support ECM, Talent Management

    Paris 2009 - 2010 • Part of the upgrade from Shell HR System to My SAP HR leading Enterprise Compensation Management and Personnel Development. Working with offshore build resources between NL, UK and Malaysia.
    • Directing the offshore team in Malaysia with the technical design, including hands on intervention to solve build errors. Overall this required educating the team on Shell Processes, correct utilisation of SAP customisation tools and maximising process effectiveness with sound technical solutions. Due to SAP design of ECM and PD there was no upgrade path and these Shell processes were re-implemented. This resulted in functional specs and technical delivery for 70 separate PD and ECM processes with local variations. This was the largest functional delivery of the whole project.
    • Provide global configuration and design support to Global SAP R/3 ECC6 HCM System for Compensation Management. Currently supporting 65 countries directly including US, Russia, and many countries in Asia Pacific, Europe, South America and Africa.
    • Responsible for planning, implementing and supporting global compensation process on HR system. Role involves substantial Configuration, ABAP, design, planning and management skills, working with Shell HR staff in all Shell Countries.
    • Leading this team of 5 people in Netherlands, England and Kuala Lumpur.
