    Appointed CFO in charge of Finance, HR and admin following its acquisition end of 2009 by Orange,

    Elaboration of long term strategy for the business, in particular set up of Orange’s ad-exchange venture.

    Successfully managed the integration of this young entrepreneurial company within the Orange Group.
    • Review investments, labour costs optimization. Put in place reliable process to fix order to cash issues; designed and implemented methods and internal controls procedures to ensure proper monitoring and accounting of revenues and expenses.
    • Optimized staff and management incentive plans. Designed and implemented recruitments, joiners/leavers processes, introduced creative benefits to improve staff retention.

  • Orange - Business Planning Director

    Paris 2007 - 2010 In charge of the elaboration/coordination of Business Plans for Merger/Acquisition opportunities for the FT group.

  • Orange Business Services - Product Manager

    Paris 2005 - 2007 Owner of a $500 million Profit and Loss center. Manage the overall direction for several network service products and ensure that target margin are met for these products.

    Ensure roll out of a new service in the Americas and support Sales team in complexe bids.
