  Project manager, in charge of various performance tests (aerodynamic, aero-acoustic, brake cooling ...) :
  • Consideration of style exigencies requirements of style, respecting constraints of differents stakeholders (architecture, structure, ...), taking into account CO2 emissions (aerodynamic package, new power such as hybrid or electric).
  • Searching of innovative concepts (piloted system…)
  • Optimization of development processes from the deployment of management tools (LEAN and 5S). Measurement with the creation of performance indicators.
  • Achievements :
  o Over last 10 years, development of 8 projects including 3 for the Chinese market.
  o Creation of a database based on aero-acoustic calculation.
  o Development and setting up of 3 new processes in liaison with other BUs reducing development time and costs.
  o Registration of a european patent : « Device to compensate perturbancies from side wind on a motor vehicle » - Ref. : EP1705104 (www.europatentbox.com)
  
  Training, provided in English, of PSA aerodynamic staff in China in relation to the setting up of a new Research Department in Shanghai :
  • Deployment of the French aerodynamic development template
  • Animation of the training plan and monitor their growing skills
  • Achievements :
  o China PSA staff is now operational to take part to chinese projects. However, I am responsible for their on-going training being their aerodynamic reference (Continuing Education)
