Portfolio management activities:
• Participation in the creation of the Generali Real Estate corporate center asset management department and, then, daily coordination of the Generali group local asset management activities
• Generali group real estate portfolio clustering (29B€): definition of a portfolio review methodology and implementation on a yearly basis with the support of the local teams. Elaboration of detailed asset management strategy reports and divestment recommendations.
• Support the international investment team: collaborate to the asset and investment business plan review. Setting up of the local asset management structures in non covered countries.
• Setting-up and coordination of the group asset management committees (Green Building, Key Tenants): definition of group best practice and monitoring of their implementation.
• Management organization review: analysis of the group real estate branch organization and activities, followed by strategic recommendation to the Generali Real Estate management.
• Strategic planning: periodic collaboration of the three year plan elaboration, and definition of the group real estate asset management strategy.
Fund management activities:
• Fund management of the three international group real estate investment funds (600M€, invested in continental Europe and US).
• Support to investment activities, in charge of the fund management reporting, asset management, divestment activities and the funds strategies.
Specific projects:
• Support the Generali Real Estate management on specific group real estate investments. Asset management strategy recommendation and implementation regarding problematic investments (definition of repositioning programs, investment restructuring, business plan review).
• Direct assistance to the local teams requiring real estate expertise: asset redevelopment strategy, project management coordination, divestment support (…).
Management: report directly to the Generali group real estate Head of asset management and manage four asset managers.
