En résumé

Since the beginning of my career, I used to work in big international companies.
Spending most of my time traveling for business, I had the opportunity to visit all continents (except Oceania) and work with people from different culture.

After couple of years spent in plants, I understood also what are the production constraints.

    Compans 2004 - 2006 Luxembourgish plant (Dudelange).
    Supervision of production operator team and technical side (Hot End), in charge of safety, Continuous improvement, production and quality.
    Float Glass Process (continuous work by shifts).
    First plant ISO certified from GUARDIAN Group.
