    • Creation of the Manufacturing roadmap and implementation through progress plans
    • Putting in place the buy-in levers: sponsorship, demonstrators, progress plan, onsite support, networks of field representatives, training paths and communication actions
    • Cycle time gains from 15% to 50% for targeted parts (design, updates, programming…)
    • Deployment on LEAP, GE-9X, CFM, M88...
    • Initiation, industrialization or deployment of following innovations: adaptive machining, 3D Master, optical control of tools, CAM standard, Data Analysis Portal
    • Internationalization and externalization of standards (Safran Aircraft Engines worldwide sites and suppliers)
    • Strengthening the link with Engineering (cross-teaming, cross paths, parts path) as well as bringing on-board key support functions (Purchasing, Quality and IS)
    • Elevating suppliers’ level of competency and opening up the numerical environment
    • Systematic benchmarks versus internal and external entities and implementation of a regular information exchange flow with partners and digital representative on external events
