  • dbi Services - Service Desk Manager

    2015 - maintenant Team manager is my main function, a 3 DBA team dedicated to Oracle database support.
    Management, 1st goal is reached, it consisted in taking charge and organize the new team dedicated to pharmaceutical customers and its specific process (i.e GxP). Daily tasks are tickets management according to processes and planning, including on-call for non-business hour. As service desk manager, I am principal customer’s contact with regular meeting in English.

    Design and PL/SQL development : my skills in development and design in PL/SQL gave me the opportunity to work on a special request from an important pharma customer. It consisted in designing and develop a solution for a bidirectional replication between two Oracle databases (CH/US). Also, this skill let me participate as Oracle partner to the beta tests on 12.2 version for the PL/SQL part.

  • PSA PEUGEOT CITROEN - APPLICATION SUPPORT

    Rueil Malmaison 2011 - 2014 I took the responsibility and technical lead for support on applications in quality and traceability scope, which 3 of
    them were critical. The mission was :
    - Daily monitoring and supporting the applications (including batch part)
    - Bug analysis and correction code according criticity (JAVA, ORACLE, PL/SQL, shell script)
    - Organize the delivery for corrected versions and coordinate the changes in production
    - Share the activity inside the development team (up to 4 persons)
    - Manage the daily unexpected events ;
    - Contact the various contributors trades (operations, project manager)

    The main goal is to maintain applications in production and reduce number of incidents.
    Result : we got 50% less of incident after 2 years, the delivery frequency is stabilized for less impact on user
    activity. After 6 months activity, our support team became the main contact for the users and solved by itself
    80% of the incidents, knowing the team had started with no functional knowledge.

  • PSA PEUGEOT CITROEN - PROJECT MANAGER & DESIGNER

    Rueil Malmaison 1999 - 2010 These 11 years have been dedicated to development cumulating developer and project manager function according
    the needs. It was mainly web applications with JAVA/ORACLE and projects for intranet. The developments and
    projects were realized either alone either with a 5 developers team. Project and development are lead according the
    internal standard and quality rules.

    . Web Intranet applications developer (Domino/Notes V5/V6, JAVA/ORACLE, VB/ORACLE, PL/SQL )
    . Intranet Portal for PSA contributors based on SUN PORTAL SERVER 7 (JAVA, Portlet, JSP, LDAP)
    . Project manager for a collection of developments on the PSA application for Vehicle Certification
    Management (FLEX/JAVA/ORACLE).

    I had the opportunity to work on various subjects as developer and project manager. During these years I
    often had a technical lead, like with Lotus Notes technology, or with JAVA SUN PORTAL 7 solution. My main
    assets are adaptability, rigor and a good organization skill.

  • PSA PEUGEOT CITROEN - OPERATION ANALYST

    Rueil Malmaison 1992 - 1999 My operation analyst job for financial applications on behalf of the European subsidiaries of the PSA Group let me learn
    a new job and different environments (VSE, MVS and finally UNIX). I've been working in an international context
    (Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany). One important mission during these years was the relocation
    to France of the local operations and migrating applications from VSE to mainframe MVS system (OS and RDBMS).

    This was an opportunity to learn a new job and get new skills. At the end I achieved an expertise level and got a
    strong experience in an international context, practicing English and Spanish during many trips.

  • CREDIT LYONNAIS - DEVELOPER

    1989 - 1992 DEVELOPER for a bank and then a consulting company
    This was my first position as a developer, I could practice several languages and technologies: IBM Assembly, C, PASCAL and ORACLE
