  • The Arc Agency - Account Manager/ Project Consultant

    2009 - maintenant Hybrid role involving Account Management & Communications, Partnership & Consultancy, Digital Project Management & ad hoc projects (Arc Agency re-branding, creative work direction to promote Arc Agency).

    - Account Management & Communications: Developed communications strategies & implementation for our clients & their products.
    • Following a re-brand, I helped Adbri Masonry identify key messages to promote their business & products. Advised client so the sales & marketing materials reflect the re-branding.
    • The Arc Agency & marketing agency, Carlon Leong, launched Coolmax, a new Colorbond product I oversaw the briefing of work incl : flyers & DM & then presented the attributes to select architecture practices to introduce the new product.
    • Assisted Safetyline Jalousie market positioning with identification of key messages, development of new website, eDM, sales brochures.
    • Worked with Kingspan to develop marketing materials & website.
    • Assisted Ardex marketing team with new roof waterproofing ad. campaign.

    - Partnership & Consultancy work: Business development type role, acting as a consultant on behalf of our clients. Researched the market, kept abreast of evolving projects & needs to make relevant & qualified contact:
    • Working with specification professionals to meet regularly & to relate our clients’ products to their projects. Sydney practices included Hassle, Woodhead, Cox, Suters.
    • Clients/Brands represented include industry leaders Taubmans, Laminex, 3M & emerging brands such as Aquabocci & Tectonic.
    • Contributed to significant increase of activity for clients’ products with the generation of leads & brand awareness. Consistently exceeded targets & set a new benchmark for the generation of leads within The Arc Agency.

    - Digital Project Management: Market research, strategy, planning, project management & promotion of OnlineArc.com.au, an information based portal of products & specification tool for specification professionals.
  • Stella Travel Services Ltd - Marketing Executive - Partnerships

    2008 - 2009 Marketing Executive - Partnerships - reporting to Partnerships Marketing Manager - London, UK
    Responsibilities included the development of partnership marketing activities for key travel industry partners.
    Sponsorship target of £1million. Activities included: Online, Point of Sale Advertising, consumer and trade press Advertising, Direct Marketing, Public Relations, B2B & B2C Magazines, competitions, trainings and events.

    Key achievements:

    - Developed innovative and effective B2B and B2C marketing campaigns in accordance with Stella Marketing strategy for key travel industry partners. Key partners included tourism boards and airlines, tour operators and hotels.
    - Gained Marketing campaigns sponsorship across Travel2, Travelbag and Harvey World Travel brands. Worked on a major campaign worth £50,000 with Tourism Australia, the Australian States and Fox, to leverage off the buzz created by the film Australia.
    - Developed a Partnership Marketing strategy and a portfolio of activities for Travelbag (retail brand).
    - Worked with relevant STS marketing communications, product and commercial teams to develop individual campaign plans and deliver campaigns.

  • PrivatSea - Marketing Assistant

    2007 - 2008 Marketing Assistant - reporting to CEO - London, UK

    In charge of developing and implementing the affinity marketing strategy for PrivatSea, an exclusive Members Club with a core business in Yachting and Lifestyle services.

    Key achievements:

    - Developed and managed strategic partnerships with luxury brands. Activity included contracts negotiation, creation of co-marketing operations and increase of lead generation. Partners included leading hotels and resorts, luxury brands, private members clubs, limousine services.
    - Development and coordination of Marketing activities including promotional offers, events, direct marketing, PrivatSea magazine, collaterals, PrivatSea website, customer marketing and SWAGs.
    - Development of a seasonal Partners E-newsletter and PrivatSea Events Exclusive offers.
    - Development of the property product (part of PrivatSea’s offer) including the creation of a portfolio, price and contract negotiation, promotion with leading real estate agencies in Europe.
  • NetJets Europe - Direct Marketing Coordinator

    2006 - 2007 Direct Marketing Coordinator - reporting to Marketing Manager - London, UK

    Responsibilities included the management of the Direct Marketing strategy across 11 territories with creation, development and analysis of new campaigns. Managed several projects under the direct supervision of Sales and Marketing Director.

    Key Achievements:

    - Direct Marketing Strategy: developed and implemented over 500 DM campaigns including concept development, collaterals production, adaptation to territories in local language, adaptation according to industry, analysis and reports post DM. Role involved agency management.
    - Management of internal projects: Produced sales support documents to increase sales generated through NetJets USA. Developed a strategy to build a testimonials database. Re-launched NetJets database management tool including a thorough analysis to improve all Direct Marketing processes within NetJets.
  • NetJets Europe - Junior Business Development

    2006 - 2006 Junior Business Development - reporting to VP Business Development – London, UK
    In charge of developing and implementing affinity marketing operations.

    Key achievements:

    - Sourced a major partnership between NetJets and Carte Bleue Visa Infinite: Responsibilities included negotiation, implementation, exchange of marketing collaterals, training of sales force, lead generation.
    - Affinity marketing with luxury brands: Managed the relationship with key NetJets partners.
    Activities included the production collaterals, endorsement mailings, co-marketing operations, events. Partners included some leaders in the luxury industry, of which Armani, Benetti, Krug, Carte Bleue Visa Infinite.

    Responsible for organising conferences, and for generating press coverage for this Public Relations agency.

    Key achievements:

    - Management of an international conference: Network development for an investment project in Russia (attendance of 100 delegates including RICHARD ROGERS PARTNERSHIP, BURROWS CAVE INTERNATIONAL)
    - Developed an International media campaign: Project development for an environmental project in Iceland targeting media to raise public awareness and gain involvement in the campaign.
