I have 35 year experience with Equipment Sales and Aftermarket Operations. I have gained extensive experience in leadership roles across many different cultures and nationalities as well as various sizes of organizations. I have a broad experience in managing complex organizational structures, activities transfer including integration and rationalization of procurement, development of the international business, multi-site and multicultural management. I have a proven track record in increasing the top and bottom line and generate cash flow. I’m experienced in Operations with close relations with Aftermarket and Sales and know how to improve the organization’s effectiveness, to coordinate different functional areas to a common goal in order to maintain key customer relations and build long term relationships.
