Project Cost controller:
- Monitoring and reporting to management project cost report and providing advice on project cost status and corrective actions.
- Preparation of budget and variance analysis in terms of physical quantity and cost (actual vs plan / forecast)
- Liaises with Construction, planning and progress department to ensure timely and accurate cost forecast and work measurement data is available for processing in project control.
- Identification of potential Change Orders for additional work (out of the scope)
- Ensure the cost control software (iPas) has all the appropriate cost data (budget, commitments, incurred, accruals, payment schedule, forecast, backcharge) pertaining to the scope of the contracts and purchase orders.
- Prepare specific cost report and cost analysis
- (Sub)Contractor claims management and contract close out (contract in unit rate, lumpsum, reimbursable)
