  • ALSTOM Transport - Ingénieur Validation de système de sécurité ferroviaire

    2016 - maintenant • En charge de la vérification et la validation des fonctionnalités de sécurité du système de contrôle des trains de nouvelle génération devant équiper des lignes de métro.
    • Vérification de la cohérence des spécifications, conception, réalisation et rapports des tests système, revues des spécifications avec les concepteurs.
    • Mise en exergue d’axes d’amélioration des outils de tests pour augmenter la productivité des équipes.

  • ALSTOM Transport - Program Controller

    2012 - 2015 Manage planning, cost & KPI aspects of a signaling system development (around 40M€).
    Reporting definition and implementation to management.
    Work with all core team members to improve cost to complete and planning.

  • ALSTOM Transport - Project Controller

    2010 - 2012 Supported the project manager on financial aspects (Cairo L3, Panama L1, ...).
    Challenged the cost to complete and reported project execution to management through project reviews (Revenue, CPA, margin, cash flow, Risks and saving, opportunities, bonds, protocole).

  • ALSTOM Transport - Work-Package Controller

    2009 - 2010 Worked closely with project controllers on activities estimate at completion (Regiolis, AGC, Citadis).
    Constructed and challenged cost to complete with work-package owner.
    Deployed an in-house tool for estimate at completion calculation.

  • ALSTOM Transport - Project Manager Assistant

    2009 - 2009 Worked on AGC project closing preparation (project management plan update, planning, contract).

  • ArcelorMittal - Mechanical Engineering Intern

    2008 - 2008 Managed the maintenance of the network and compressors of the compressed air.
    Improved the efficiency of the whole production system.

  • Robert Bosch Gmbh - Mechanical Engineering Intern

    Saint Ouen Cedex 2006 - 2007 Managed coordination between teams in France and team in China.
    Worked on drawing and prototype a disc brake for the Chinese car market.

    2005 - 2005 Designed 3D models of bearing for production plant.
    Designed 3D models for communication service.
    Managed suppliers prospection.
