  • Disneyland Paris - EMEA Partnerships Coordinator

    Chessy 2016 - 2017 With more than 250 millions visits for 20 years, Disneyland Paris is the most visited destination in Europe. Disneyland Paris owns 2 themes parks with more than 50 exceptional attractions. Disneyland Paris also have Disney Village and 7 themes hotels with more than 6000 rooms.

    Within the Medias & Alliances department, I'm working with the EMEA Partnerships Manager, who is responsible for the promotional marketing strategy and collaborate with all the offices in Europe.

    My main objective is to develop, implement, follow-up and analyse pan-european promotional operations, such as :
    ► The 25th Anniversary VIP Opening Party (sweepstakes, sponsorship, event management...)
    ► The Renault Scenic Magic (first activation with Renault - Presentation of the new Scenic in the Atelier Renault in Champs Elysées, First experience in the new car, Renault Closing Party in the park)
    ► The Dream Big Princess (allowing the re-launch of Princesses characters)
    ► The Pirates of Caribbean 5 VIP Package (pan-european sweapstake for the reveal of the last movie of the saga)
    ► The Cars 3 Money Can't Buy (international activation orgazing a Cars 3 Race with celebrities and winners) in the park

    Moreover, I am responsible for the media performances weekly follow-up for all the european markets (FR, UK, BE, DE, CH, SP, PT, IT).

    I'm also working on the 30th anniversary of Disney Store. We work together to promote the both anniversary by developing a concept, a sweepstake mechanic with an activation in 75 stores in Europe, including the biggest french one at Champs Elysees, and also inside Disneyland Paris.

    Furthermore, I collaborate with numerous medias partners (TV, digital, press, radio) and also with Disneyland Paris official partners, such as Coca-Cola, Danone, Orange, Hertz and Crédit Mutuel.

    ► Create, develop and update sales and marketing support tools (sales leaflet, website and social media dedicated to Dailymotion Advertising) for the international activities
    ► Elaborate and analyse quali/quanti adhoc studies about advertising campaigns
    ► Communication missions : bi-monthly newsletter creation, press communication campaigns launch, online articles redaction (new partnerships, performances etc)
    ► Implement exclusive corporate events for advertisers
    ► Benchmark and Business Intelligence on the online video market
    ► Follow-up and analysis of international audiences via Comscore, Mediametrie, Tableau, Google Analytics etc.)

    Seminyak, Bali 2015 - 2015 NYAMAN Group is a leader in the luxury tourism industry in Indonesia. Its mission is to provide the best-quality services and products to make the travel experience in Bali an unforgettable lifetime moment for the customer. The group is active in four different areas:

    Luxury villas: the Group possesses several luxurious villas (Nyaman Villas and Villas Chocolat) located in Oberoi, the chicest area of Seminyak. In addition, Nyaman has also its own villas rental agency, Gorgeous Villas Bali, with almost 500 luxury villas located all around the island.

    Diving cruises: the company Diving Cruise Indonesia provides luxury diving cruises in the most beautiful destinations of the archipelago thanks to its fleet of 100 cruise ships.

    Art: the Group owns a unique art gallery which exhibits surprisingly talented artists and quickly became an unmissable place in Seminyak.

    Fashion and leather goods: Nyaman Boutique offers hand-made clothing, jewelry and bags designed with high quality materials.

    ► Promote private diving cruises in Komodo (Indonesia) to potential clients at Salon de la Plongée (Paris)
    ► Meet local & foreign agents at MG Mega Table Top, a large tourism fair in Jakarta, in order to promote all the Nyaman products
    ► Sales call with foreign embassy and international companies (Galeries Lafayette, IBM, RBS, ICBC)
    ► Community management of the social media (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tweeter, Google Plus) of all group entities , creating and managing contests on Facebook & Instagram, post sponsoring, valorization of the fan's engagement, reporting of the results (KPI)
    ► Improve actual websites with web masters (user experience, contents publishing via Wordpress, SEO via Semrush & Woorank)
    ► Newsletter management via MailChimp (Template design, using merge tags, split campaign, automated and personalized emailing, reporting of the results)
    ► CRM via MailChimp (data base updating)
