    • In charge of the product range development for Global Corporate Trust Debt (GCT Debt) :
    Definition and validation of new product offer on Islamic finance, Covered bonds, Loan funds, Carbon Credits, Global Depository Receipt.
    Set up of fees strategy to ensure profitability of new services.
    Design of commercial documentation in coordination with sales and marketing teams (marketing sheets, brochures and client presentations)
    Analysis and follow up of return of investment, definition and management of related projects
    Meetings with clients and coverage to get client needs and present the new offers

    • In charge of the geographical development of the GCT Debt business :
    Market analysis, business plan designs in order to validate potential set up of GCT Debt in Middle East, Asia Pacific, Brazil, Morocco, Belgium, Greece and Spain
    Adaptation of existing «product offers » in relation to country specificities (market structure, jurisdiction or operational, pricing, competition).

    • Involvement in external growth projects of GCT Debt in coordination with the BP2S Strategy team: identification of targets, valorisation, business plan, and integration plan.

    • Management of the business analysts team for the GCT Debt international systems :
    Budget and prioritisation of IT development.
    Coordination of locations (London, Luxembourg, Paris and Milan).

  • BNPPARIBAS Securities Services - Project director

    Pantin 2001 - 2004 04/2004-12/2005: Project Manager of New Custody System Project

    Creation of brand new corporate actions system for BP2S Global Custody business for all markets and all clients based on NCS system (Network Custody System) developed by TATA Consulting Services (TCS) in New Delhi and Paris / Project size greater than Euros 40 Millions :

    • Management of 55 business analysts (in charge of testing, migration, procedures/training, client communication, internal communication, planning).
    • Relation with IT BP2S and TATA Consulting Services (Software Company).

    08/2001-12/2005: Project Director of ISIS (Information System for Investor services) project

    Centralisation of Global Custody operations of BP2S Frankfurt, London, and Luxembourg entities to Paris Hub / Projects size: Euros 2.5, 1.5 and 4 Millions:

    • Calculus and follow up of return on investment launch, phasing and scheduling of projects.
    • Management of an operations / products oriented project team of 4 people.
    • Coordination with IT and operational local teams of each country.
    • Follow up of adaptation of central IT systems to local specificities (legal jurisdiction, client’s specificities): management of specificities, user acceptance tests and users training, information and migration of clients.
    • Definition of new operational organisation.

  • BNPPARIBAS Securities Services - Head of Global Custody client’s migration team

    Pantin 2000 - 2001 • In charge to create and then manage an operational team of 4 people.
    • Automation of the operational process with IT.
    • Organisation with clients and former custodians of the portfolio transfer of all new clients of BP2S such as AXA France, FINAMA (GROUPAMA group), EPTAFUND (first Italian management company).
