  Responsabilités:
  - Responsable du laboratoire de 3 personnes
  - Pilote des travaux et aménagements divers avec l’assistance de la maintenance: réseau d’eau, chauffage, système d'aspiration des gaz, transformateur général, batterie de condensateurs
  - Responsable achats : communication avec de nombreux fournisseurs (huile industrielle, isolants thermiques, transformateur, engins de manutention…)
  - Responsable méthode et devis : élaborer des traitements et les devis correspondants
  - Responsable qualité du site : Renouvellement de l'ISO9001 et mise à niveau du site pour la norme automobile américaine CQI9, qualification des matériels de productions
  - Pilote de l’amélioration continue

• MC Levage - REEL - Ingénieur Bureau d'étude mécanique

  2014 - 2015 Au sein du bureau d'étude mécanique, j'ai travaillé durant 5 mois sur la reconception des modules de translation des ponts de manutention (produits fabriqués et assemblés sur le site même de l'entreprise), plus particulièrement sur leur ensemble roulement/galet/rail.
  J'étais responsable d'optimiser ce système en trouvant une architecture et des éléments plus performants après être passé par une veille technologique de ce type de produits sur le marché, je me suis chargé de l’analyse financière de cette nouvelle conception, de dimensionner l’ensemble (utilisation d’Excel et VBA) et le standardiser à travers une gamme de différentes dimensions, j’ai réalisé les modèles 3D de cette gamme sous SolidWorks, et enfin j’ai construit des tableaux de gammes pour les commerciaux afin de faciliter le choix du produit dans la gamme.
  Cette mission m’a permis de rentrer en contact avec des fournisseurs, des techniciens assemblant les ponts et l’ensemble des autres services de la société.
  
  My internship lasted 5 months in the mechanical engineering design office of the company “MC Levage”, I’ve worked on the translation system of overhead crane, the main product of MC Levage designed and assembled on the same site of my internship.
  My mission was to improve the conception of this system, more precisely the system of roller bearing/flange rollers/rail and dimension as a result a new product range. To achieve this goal, I had to pass by a technology watch of this kind of system on the market of overhead cranes, I did the financial analysis of this new conception, I’ve used Excel and VBA to do the necessary dimensioning calculation and standardize the system through a range of various dimensions, I designed the 3D models of this range with SolidWorks, and I finally created documents used by commercial to choose the right products in this range.
  This mission gave me the opportunity to communicate a lot with suppliers, workers assembling the final product, and various engineers.
