    Missions:
    - Lead a broad range of research and/or development projects to create new products and / or differentiating technologies, from concept to launch phase. The development of new products will include pilot plant trials, factory trials, launch, and post launch reviews.

    - Be the key contact point between different functions: technical (Factories, R&D, Product Platform), Marketing, Consumer Insights and Innovation Team, central functions (Quality, Ingredients...).

    - Support the Business to grow (relaunch of Brands, expertise on new technologies, reformulation of products due to raw materials availability...).

    - Participate to develop the Nestle Continuous Excellence initiative (continuous improvement).
  • Nestlé - R&D project leader- Graduate program

    Marne La Vallée Cedex 2 2013 - 2015 18 months international program to fully experience Nestle Purina's business. Working in a challenging and motivating environment within different functions.

    Lead or support projects in R&D centers, factories and headquarters :
    - Treats product development projects.
