    * Complete strategic rewind and new positioning delivered for the French margarine portfolio, including 8Q activity plan and innovation funnel. ;
    * Responsible for new proposition & advertising (ATL/BTL) developments for NL / FR / BE, with outstanding campaign previews delivered for NL and FR. Extensive product and design developments successfully led and quant validated in record timings for both FR and BNL. ;
    * Management of a full marketing team (3 people: 1 Sr Brand Manager, 1 Jr BM, 1 trainee).
    Responsible for Becel (1st Brand UL Benelux), Fruit d’Or (1st Sku UL FR) and Planta Fin brands.
    - Brand Equity and Portfolio responsible (proposition and pricing): full strategic rewind and new Brand positionings delivered for the French spreads business.
    - Concept and New Product development for NL / FR / BE.
    - Development of several Advertising campaigns (see examples below).
    - Responsible for a team of 3 brand managers
    - Functional partner for each national activity support plan (ATL/BTL).
    - Member of the Regional Category Leadership Team (RCLT).

    Sr Global Brand Development Manager Rama/Blue Band
    - Responsible for the renovation of the core products for Rama/Blue Band globally: concept crafting, ATL/BTL communication, new product development, PR support package (KOF/HCP).
    - Project leader for the 1st global initiative in the Margarine category for Unilever (WE/NA/AMET).

    * Crafting of proposition for Elle & Vire to enter the French soft ripened cheese market, communications and new product development. ;

    * Western European Snacking Project Leader: NPD for FR / GER / SWI / BE / UK / IT.

    International Senior Brand Manager - NPD for Caprice des Dieux (2 items among the 5 top sellers on the French soft ripened cheese market/best contribution of the group), Géramont (brand #1 German Cheese Market), and Coeur de Lion in WE, US, JP (T/O: 150 million euro).
  • L'OREAL - Hair color and Deodorant Brand Manager

    PARIS 2003 - 2005 Responsible for the Hair color and Deodorant categories: L'Oréal Paris Excellence and Casting, Garnier Nutrisse and Obao - 60% of the FMCG division of the Colombian subsidiary.
    Relaunch of Nutrisse on the Colombian market: sales increased by 45% vs Henkel, P&G and Unilever.

    * Development of new collections and 100% local advertising ATL and BTL campaigns: from concept to the local production of the final ads and activation materials. ;
    * Brand building: Responsible for all ATL/BTL activities. Lead in developing Trade Marketing operations in Modern and Traditional Trade, + Selective Distribution.
  • SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC - Brand and new Business Unit Manager

    Rueil Malmaison 2000 - 2003 Business Development Manager for Prime (New business unit of switches, plugs and low voltage material): launch of Brazilian products on the Equatorial and Colombian markets.
    * Development of the local proposition (product ranges, pricing), distribution policy and communication. ;
    * Creation and management of a network including 20 distributors (Wholesalers and DIY Stores). ;
    * Hiring and leadership of a dedicated sales team (6 persons).
