Manage the Emergency Appeal processes and make final recommendations as to scope and content of appeals / plans of action in line with standard operating procedures and assure emergency appeals contain quality activities for relief to recovery activities.
-Advise on the need and deployment of international disaster response tools and other human resources in coordination with the field as well as IFRC Regional Representation.
- Assure technical guidance for operations in relief & Emergencies ,Food Security & Livelihood ,, water and sanitation, shelter and recovery
-Participate in coordination activities with Movement partners - ICRC and in country PNS).
-Attend external (UN) coordination meetings with the LNRCS representatives and encourage / support their ongoing participation in such meetings and promotion of LNRCS lead role and activities.
