    • Distribution Leader, Switzerland (on-going): Set up of a business plan (market analysis and financial modelling) for a company willing to establish a logistics business in Switzerland
    • Pharmaceutical Company, Germany: as part of a carve-out project, define vision for Integrated Business Planning (next stage of maturity of S&OP) with Finance, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, aiming at linking strategic planning and operational planning together with financial planning in a 1 to 5 years’ time horizon.
    • Consumer Goods Company, Switzerland: Project Manager in a European Shared Services Centre project (feasibility study, business case for HR, IT, Finance and Procurement processes).
    • Consumer Goods Company, Switzerland: Worked closely with the client to set up a new programme focusing on end to end simplification of portfolio and innovation to enable growth toward 2020.
    • Energy Company, Switzerland: Workstream Leader in a transformation programme aiming at improving operations of the Operating Companies in Africa. Analyzed and improved supply chain operating model. Developed a new concept for planning. Reported directly to Steering Committee (C-level).
    • Pharmaceutical Company, Switzerland: Led the closure of an office in Geneva while maintaining the Swiss entity as a shell company in the context of a business restructuring programme.
    • International Industrial Company, United Kingdom: Led the redesign of the tendering process. The objective was to engage Executive teams earlier in the process and to define stage gates aiming to facilitate decision making on whether or not the tender should be pursued. Managed a team of 3 consultants.

  • Siegwerk - Marketing & Planning Manager

    2006 - 2008 In collaboration with BU Heads, technical and supply chain teams:
    · Created the 4-years Strategy plan of 3 new BUs (EMEA-wide) after the acquisition of SICPA.
    · After sales and financial analysis, created the product catalogue of one BU, what delivered a better rationalisation and harmonization of products, and defined a clear price and stock policy in EMEA.
    · Worked jointly with an agency to prepare a full range of flyers for the entire product portfolio and brochures to promote our ink series.
    · Created a toolbox for the global sales force that increased sales efficiency.
    · Led the launch of a new range of products, highly innovative, jointly with a press manufacturer (key complementor).
    · Led the organisation of an international exhibition (DRUPA, Germany) for one BU in term of product messages, brochures preparation, showcases and success stories jointly with our Communication department.
