En résumé

Titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur Arts & Métiers avec une spécialisation en LEAN, gestion industrielle et chaîne logistique globale, je suis actuellement consultant en stratégie et management chez Cylad Consulting.

A ce titre, j’ai collaboré à des projets de dimension internationale, répondant à des problématiques d’amélioration de la gestion de programmes complexes et de conduite du changement dans les secteurs aéronautique et pharmaceutique.

Grâce à mes expériences professionnelles et à mon cursus académique, j’ai développé mes connaissances liées à l’optimisation des organisations et de la performance d’une entreprise. Cela m’a permis de développer une vision transverse d’une entreprise et la compréhension des grands enjeux auxquels peuvent être confrontées les principales fonctions.

Mon profil pluridisciplinaire ainsi que les compétences acquises me permettent de comprendre et répondre à différentes problématiques auxquelles peuvent être confrontées les entreprises.
