J'ai auparavant rempli avec succès, durant plus de dix ans, le rôle de chef de projet, responsable de la conception et de la gestion de divers projets multimédias tels que des sites internets avec back-office et CMS, des jeux interactifs, des CD et DVD-Rom. Il y a dix ans j'ai choisi de me spécialiser dans le e-marketing et les comportements de consommateurs en suivant un Master en Communication et Information Numériques au CELSA.

    2007 - 2010 I am responsible for developing the technical and commercial results of the three sites of the brand (London, Paris, New York). Update site, marketing strategy and customers analysis.

    • Online Strategic Marketing Development - Managing on-line marketing campaigns (emailing). Oversee PPC management and Natural Search Engine Optimisation in UK with the third party web agency. Regularly providing key learning’s to all markets to maximize effectiveness of Paris and USA spend. Group management of enhancement projects. Group management of technical issues and requests for site updates and amends. Monitoring customer traffic to the site and recommending initiatives to increase sales opportunities.

    • Online Content Management - Managing and updating all editorial content including participation in the briefing process for third party copy writers. Updating existing and adding new products to the website on an on-going basis. Liaising with the Creative Director and Buying / Merchandising teams to ensure accurate product information, pricing and representation.

  • Powervote - Marketing Project Manager

    • Client’s projects in interactive communication campaigns
    - Project management of print and multimedia initiatives specialising in the training & marketing promotion (interactive games, CD-Rom, DVD-Rom, mailing) arenas. Main customers: Orange, L’Oreal, Bristol Myers Squibb, Coca-Cola, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and Sanofi-Aventis.
    - Responsible for the formulation and submission to the client of direct marketing, marketing or promotion strategies as well as preparing detailed production schedules, timing plans, and logistics for all campaigns.
    - Responsible for the delivery of project both online and off-line to strict deadlines.

    • Internal communication, both online and offline including websites, direct mail, email and press advertising
    - Conception and production of the brand communication tools of Powervote - this is Audience Response System software for a keypad wireless voting system.
    - Creation, development and implementation of the global corporate websites (French, Spanish, German and English).
    - Creation, development and production of the e-powervote.com‘s e-learning concept, to allow the product Powervote and the company to gain exposure to a new market and add value to Powervote’s customers.
    - Study of the market and the concurrence to have a strategic overview of Responding Voting System market (panels, Ad Hoc studies, satisfaction questionnaires,).
