    2011 - 2013 Development of premium packs for France and Europe, liaising with design agencies, working closely with suppliers, respecting tight timings and budgets, and leading qualitative tests. Strong expertise in technical and design recommendation.

    - Developed the 2013 gift packs of premium brands (Cardhu, The Singleton, Talisker and Knockando)
    - Effectively developed limited editions for Picon, Baileys, J&B and Smirnoff (volumes/bottles of up to 2000K)
    - Strategically created visibility tools in off trade and on trade channels, working closely with the brand managers, designed and executed point-of-sale boxes and in-store advertising to develop the visual identity of each brand
    - Renovation of bars, hotels, palaces according to the brand image
  • MOET HENNESSY DIAGEO - Assistant Brand Manager (Single Malts Scotch Whiskies)

    2011 - 2011 Assisting the brand manager in executing the 2012 marketing plan for Diageo Single Malts Scotch Whiskies (the 2nd biggest brand portfolio at Diageo France in terms of value).

    - Fully responsible for the monthly sales analysis and monitoring of off trade promotions, reporting to the Diageo Group
    - Organised and coordinated the Whisky Live 2011 in Paris for the premium Diageo brands, an upmarket spirits tasting event for professionals and connoisseurs (5000+ visitors)
    - Developed and launched the Classic Malts & Food fanpage on Facebook (28000+ fans to date), Revamped the website malts.com (60000 visitors/year)
    - Created the mass market education tools for customers (Application program, leaflets, couponing plan)
  • 3Suisses - Online Marketing Manager (Woman collection)

    CROIX 2010 - 2011 Assisting the management of the e-shops of 3 Suisses’ brands and recruitment of online customers via social media and promotions, with a focus on boosting sales.

    - Fully responsible for the collection of online products through weekly sales analysis (analysing time spent on pages, products most viewed and sold, etc). Merchandising of products according to these results
    - Made relevant recommendations based on online consumers insights (Online tracking through statistics)
    - Developed new pages, offers and promotions with a design agency and published online
  • L'OREAL PROFESSIONNEL - Assistant Brand Manager (L’Oréal Professional)

    PARIS 2010 - 2010 Assisting 3 brand managers in the development of the group strategy for L’Oréal Professional (Styling, Hair care)

    - Monthly sales report analysis
    - Developed marketing tools and visibility displays to promote products in the hair and beauty salons, liaising with creative agencies, photographers, printers, etc. Respecting tight timings, assuring high quality results
    - Led the launch of the X-Tenso Moisturist in France (Brazilian smoothing). Worked closely with the communication team and created promotional communication campaigns to ensure the successful execution of the X-Tenso Mositurist strategy
