  2009 - 2009 Hosting and provisioning of Blender rendering services on the Eucalyptus Cloud Computing Infrastructure.
  
  Eucalyptus can be used to build elastic computing environments—like Amazon EC2—on top of conventional clusters. It provides infrastructure for automating virtual machine provisioning and management so that a cluster's computational resources can be made accessible to users in a more flexible way. It leverages the open source Xen hypervisor and it is designed to run on the Linux platform.
  
  • Setup an elastic computing environment based on the Eucalyptus open source infrastructure for cloud computing.
  • Create a proof of concept for fast provisioning and hosting of additional Blender rendering compute power delivered by the previously setup Eucalypstus elastic computing environment.
