I have been working in the well-being field since 2004. I have been currently managing the fasting and detoxing part of Atsumi Retreat Healing Center located in Phuket since 2012 -Array.

I am ensuring that Atsumi Retreat Healing Center offers the best detox /wellness programs and complementary therapies to the guests.

Before Atsumi, i worked as an International trainer for French cosmetic brands. First for Caudalie brand, then for for the French cosmetic brands: Carita and Decleir, through Shiseido Group. I was in charge of the training of training managers of Asia, South America and Eastern countries and animating seminars and press conferences.

I started my career in the well-being field as a Spa Manager in France and Sicily. I was in charge of managing spas and teams: planning, maintaining stock, treatment training, sales, marketing...

    - To Manage a team
    - To ensure that Atsumi Retreat Healing Center offers the best detox /wellness programs and complementary therapies.
    - To ensure our guests receive the highest-quality treatment & service and receive the most benefits from our programs.
    - To conduct initial fasting Consultations for all guests before they start their program.
    - To follow up on guest’s progress & provide support throughout their program (10 to 30 guests a day)
    - To coordinate with different departments ( Office, Reservation, Guest Service, Spa, Colema) to ensure that guest’s wellness needs are met
    - To coordinate with the free-lance therapists (marketing...)
    -Communicate with guests prior to and after arrival
    -Provide support to guests during their program, answering their questions, motivating them, interacting with them
    -Provide exit consultation and give advice to guest on how to continue living healthily when they go home
    -Conduct workshops/talks for guest on relevant health/wellness topics (benefits of fasting, how to break a fast, how to create a vision board...)
    - To continually develop & improve current offering of detox & wellness programs
    -Review and advise on our Detox Programs
    - to update all forms/administration documents
    -Develop procedures and standards regarding all aspects of our Detox Programs
    - to write trimestrial newsletter, update social media, TripAdvisor, website.
    - to organize and promote wellness workshops

    In charge of North-East of Asia, South America and Eastern Europe.

    TRAINING:
    - Training of international trainers to spa treatments, products and sales.
    - Training of marketing and sales teams
    - Supporting Decleor and Carita distributors by conducting and leading conferences, workshops and press conferences
    - Being the ambassador and public relation of Decleor and Carita in foreign countries


    TRAINING FOLLOW-UP:
    - feedback reports to be written after every training
    - follow-up of the training with our foreing agents
