Affiliate faced difficulty to communicate and to coordinate as satisfactory manner their HSE communication and reporting due to the sprayed of different sites in Italia and the lack of organization. I developed set of tools to facilitate and increase quality of the reporting and feedback communication. - To interface with the Project Work Package Representatives, Field Operation representatives and Drilling Representatives on HSE issues and implementation of the HSE requirements for construction and commissioning of the Project components including Drilling activities.
- In coordination with the TEPA HSE representatives and Package Representatives, prepare the procedures for offshore installation.

- To participate in Preparation, planning and implementation of Hazards Management Plan across all phases of the Project including any SIMOPS, using Company approved techniques such as HAZIDS and RAC
- To contribute to Project Risk Analysis; Criticality Rating of packages and Risk Mitigation measures for all Contractors and across all phases of the Project.
- To monitor the Project HSE Management Surveillance of Contractors in cooperation with Package Managers and participate in HSE Audits on Contractors.
