    1 - Lead Product Engineer & Project Engineering Manager for turnkey Combined Cycles & Thermal Power Plants (EPC contract) from the permitting phase to the PAC :

    · Daily manage and deputy lead the complete project engineering team, including subcontractors.
    · Ensure a coordinate approach in all areas with internal and external interfaces (partners, contractors, authorities, client).
    · Perform technical risk assessments and opportunities tracking.
    · Instruct on project technical related issues.
    · Participate to establish procurement strategy, control supplier selection and support all negotiation (technical items, quality, EHS, schedule, liquidated damages…).
    · Optimize and manage technical solutions, overall cost and time schedule.
    · Approve engineering concepts, designs, documents, orders.
    · Assess, approve and expedite technical aspects of change orders.
    · Resolve open technical issues between partners and contractors, based on risks assessment, time and cost impacts, in line with quality and guaranty targets.
  • GENERAL ELECTRIC - Project Engineer

    Paris 2002 - 2006 On the technical side, from the design to the construction and commissioning, do the coordination and management of several cross-functional technical teams (mechanic, fluid, electric, control and instrumentation, planning). To include quality requirements (PED, ATEX, AMSE, HSE), allocate and manage resources in accordance with the established project budget (500k€), the scheduling (driving design, purchase order using metrix and reporting to ensure the completion within the identified timelines).

    On the business side, meetings and negotiations with our customers (report meetings, status report, technical review, documentation follow-up), owning and driving technical dispute resolution to a satisfactory outcome for all parties to ensure progress.

    On the process side, to develop and initiate value added projects to effectively sharpen and shorten the process (6 Sigma).
