    Based on the world leadership business model (Groupon), www.mydeal.ma is the first e-commerce and group buying website in Morocco. Mydeal is a deal-of-the-day website that features discounted gift certificates usable at local or national companies in order to get them new customers.

    Sales Manager (11 salesmen – 4 cities)
     Setting up the marketing plan: Sales goals by city and class (number of deals by day, turnover, business volumes), improvement of the website (new functionalities: section for partners, customer satisfaction survey, etc.), planning of the new cities development, the business volume increasing, etc.
     Development of the sales team: Hiring of the salesmen, setting up the sales process (rules for the deals contracts, deals validation, following-up the payments of the partners, etc.).
     Management on 11 salesmen on Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech and Tanger: Following-up the team members, group leadership (setting up monthly goals, weekly individual meetings, team building, etc.)
     Development of key-partnerships: Prospecting, negotiating, dealing. Examples: Paul, Kitea, etc.

    2010 - 2011 07/2010 – 04/2011 (about 1 year) - Head of the Project Department - NEPV (Paris)

    Nature Energies PV is a solar electricity producer, subsidiary of Hanalei Renewables Group (200 people). Project portfolio: 10 MWp – 20 projects, 1 MWp realized to date and exploited by the group.

    Head of the PV Projects Department – (1 project manager – 1 intern) – Nature Energies PV
     Development of the Project Department: Setting up the templates (business plan, planning), the project management process, creation of partnerships (PV material suppliers, EPC and design offices)
     Negotiation and purchase of the products : France (1 M€ – various) and China (1,5 M€ – solar panels)
     Setting up a joint venture with an Italian company in order to develop projects in Italy

    Additional Mission: Head of the solar O&M Department (Operation and Maintenance) – ETM – Hanalei Group PV installer: 60 persons – Turnover: 10 M€ – 1300 references – Based in Montpellier
     Building the O&M department: Market analysis and benchmark, setting up the business plan, the commercial offer, the department organization and the technical solution of this new activity
     Launching of the commercial offer: Commercial portfolio: 12 MWp – Contracts signed: 600 kWp

    Sun’R is an independant photovoltaic electricity producer – Commercial development: 600 MWp – Project Development: 200 MWp – Projects connected to the grid: 5 MWp – 40 people including 8 project managers

    Photovoltaic Project Manager – 1 year and a half
     Development of a 15 MWp portfolio: 15 rooftop renovation PV projects (Power from 150 to 1800 kWp) and 40 constructions of agricultural PV sheds (power: 200 kWp each)
     Projects ended and connected to the grid: 1,2 MWp (6 projects – 2 rooftop renovation PV projects)
     Leader of the Rooftop Renovation PV Projects Department: Development of the complete organization: mapping out the planning and business plan templates, the operational tasks process. Creation of partnerships: PV installers, design offices, etc.

    Responsible for the feasibility studies – 6 months
     Responsible for the feasibility studies using AUTOCAD and PVSYST: Choice of the technical solution, calculation of the power installed and electricity production – 20 studies realized
