En résumé

After my master of polytechnic engineering, I did a mission for French foreign affairs in Asia where I’ve developed a particular interest to work in a global environment.
Back to France, I’ve developed diverse competences in Industry through different job positions : in manufacturing at Sony, engineering & sourcing at Renault and quality at Alstom.

Currently, I’m a part of Alstom team who is building the company footprint in India, with the assignment to develop the local supply chain.

    Saint Ouen 2015 - 2018 To accompany Alstom growth in Asia by developing, with sourcing department, a supplier panel in India to provide parts and services for Rolling stock (metro & Locomotive), components (bogie, traction, motor), infrastructures and signalling :
    - To build a department to lead suppliers industrial and quality performances for the full product cycle (supplier selection, project, production and service). Team growth from 15 to 60 persons within 2 years.
    - To structure the activity and deploy quality mind-set based on risk assessment approach.
    - To interface the India supplier quality department within the Alstom local and global matrix organization.
    - From a crisis mode to a proactive approach with close operational monitoring

  • Alstom Group - Supplier quality manager

    Saint Ouen 2013 - 2015 At Saint Ouen, Alstom headquarter :
    - To lead during project phases, rolling stocks supplier’s quality performances with a special focus on top offenders. For interiors, metallic and electrical parts.
    - To accompany Alstom regionalization strategy, by defining, and then re-structuring worldwide qualiticians network.
    - To monitor and support Alstom plant supplier quality units notably through short term mission to upgrade them.

  • RENAULT - Supplier purchasing development consultant

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2009 - 2013 To lead supplier task forces to reduce the total delivery cost of purchased parts, by optimizing the product design, manufacturing and supply chain performances :
    - A collaborativ activities B to B for OEM and aftersales markets, within Fonds de Modernisation des Equipementiers Automobile (FMEA) frame.
    - Missions, that involved 4 to 30 persons, done in supplier and Renault manufacturing plants in Europe. To prepare cost reduction road-map and to participate to final negotiations.
    31 task force achieved ( interiors and exteriors parts, systems as steering or brakes, fixations, electonics and engine components). More than 1B€ turn over addressed, tens of millions Euros savings raised.

  • RENAULT - Alternator development project leader

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2005 - 2009 To localize and to develop new alternators for LOGAN and SAMSUNG vehicles :
    - To define technical specification, challenge suppliers on their technical offer and participate to final business award decision.
    - To build a development engineers worldwide network (Brazil, Iran, India, Korea, Romania) and lead them in local alternators developments.

  • SONY - Manufacturing process & quality manager

    Puteaux 2002 - 2005 OEM Department : car radios manufacturing for Volkswagen and Electronic board assembly.
    Management of 6 technicians to lead process industrialization, lean manufacturing and quality : capacity doubled, productivity doubled, quality system implementation from scratch to TS16949.
