  business development issues with the local teams.
  Results:
  Alliance with IVD blood gas leader for local synergies (Australia - New Zealand and Turkey) and the
  adaptation development of multi-parametric diagnostics tests (D Dimer...)
  Business continuation plan for European market: recommendations and operational plan to setup
  representatives offices after distribution with Roche.

  Budget: 2 to 5 M EUR
  Reporting to the Deputy President with involvement at the strategic comity and Coordination comity, the
  mission was to establish, to budget the program products plan short and mid-term and to drive the
  implementation from the design to the market (automated coagulation system mid and low range, cap
  piercing, connection TLA, Workstation, POC D-Dimer, consumables, LIS software ...).

• Stago - Marketing system Manager

  Asnières-sur-Seine 1998 - 2002 Acting as Hemostasis Application Specialist to support the Export market, promote to the position
  Product Manager then Export marketing Manager, the mission was to propose products plan, to involve
  in the design with the R&D and to launch the products in the Export market and being the instruments
  windows person for the distributor Roche Diagnostics.
