  • ENEXIO - Global Head of Operation

    2015 - maintenant ENEXIO is a major player in Power Cooling and offers dry and wet cooling solutions for new equipment and service projects. ENEXIO provides end users and EPCs with engineered solutions all over the world as a global player.
    I’m part of the management team from the creation of ENEXIO and I’m acting as Head of Global operation being in charge of:
    - Engineering: About 100 engineers located mainly in Europe and China executing project specific design.
    - Research and development: A team of 10 experts developing products to serve future market demand and ensure product thermal performance.
    - Supply chain: With a procurement spend in the range of 200M€ our supply chain teams are located over the world.
    - Manufacturing: Three factories in China and Europe.
  • GEA - HX / BU ACC Heller - Vice President Manufacturing

    2010 - maintenant Business Unit (BU) ACC/Heller is providing all over the world engineered solutions for indirect or direct cooling systems of power plants with a sales volume of 350M€ and about 1000 people. As Vice President Manufacturing, I’m in charge of defining and implementing the industrial strategy.
    Working closely with the BU President (the two of us forming the BU management team), I'am managing 7 sites located in Europe, China, Africa and Americas.
    In a direct contact with the Plant Directors, I’m controlling continuously the performance of the plants and I’m allocating workload to maximize utilization. Permanently optimizing our industrial network, I’m also directly involving myself in key operational topics related to product/process development, cost optimization, plant development, Lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • GEA - Btt China - Plant Director

    2005 - 2010 Btt-C is focused on design and manufacturing of tailor made air coolers for process industries (oil & Gas; Chemical & Petrochemical; Energy) according to international codes (ASME; API; GB…) for local and international client. The Changshu plant has been started in 2006 with 50 people and 7M€ sales to reach 200 people with 43M€ by the end of 2008.
    Expatriate in China, I'm in charge of the production unit (including workshops, purchasing, logistic, scheduling, and maintenance department) and I’m responsible for:
    - Defining and managing the organization,
    - Defining and controlling the operational budget,
    - Managing the investments,
    - Monitoring the performance in term of cost, quality and delivery time.
  • GEA - Btt (Batignolles Thermal Technologies) - Production planning manager

    2002 - 2005 Within an international company producing Air Coolers for process industries (Oil & Gas, Chemical & Petrochemical, Energy) I've been in charge of:
    - Defining the production master plan according to non serial projects requirements.
    - Defining and optimizing plans and schedules (from long term forecast to weekly workshop schedule).
    - Implementation of workload/capacity adjustment solution (sub-contracting, shift adjustment...)
    - Implementation of "Key Performance Indicator" to monitor the production unit efficiency (Productivity; Quality; Delivery time).
    - Being part of SAP project (manufacturing module PP)
  • GEA - Btt (Batignolles Thermal Technologies) - Project manager - Continuous improvement; Process engineering

    2000 - 2002 By managing a team of 8 technicians, I’ve been in charge of:
    - Production process rationalization and optimization.
    - Factory workflow and lay-out redefinition.
    - Investment follow-up (2M€)
    - Implementing continuous improvement policy (Including tools such as SMED; 5S…)
    After 2 years:
    - The cover area has been reduced by 50%.
    - Lead time has been reduced from 20 to 12 weeks.
    - Strong basis for continuous improvement policy have been settled.
  • PSA - Citroën - Steel material warehouse transfer and reorganization (trainee)

    1999 - 1999 By redefining the information process (Access data base) and the lay-out, the warehouse has been re-organized successfully.
  • PSA - Citroën - Logistic engineer

    1999 - 2000 Logistic flow definition for a new vehicle parts (packaging, delivery mode, warehousing, factory internal flow…)
  • Valeo - Optimization of the client re-usable packaging management (trainee)

    Paris 1998 - 1998 By redefining the delivery mode and the lay-out of the storage area, shortage has been reduced by 70%.
