  * Supervising / managing training sessions on site and abroad (about 50 actions / year) ;
  * Preparing estimates along with technicians & trainers ;
  * Budget controlling of the international Department. ;
  * Answering requests for proposal from the French Foreign Affairs Ministry
  * Network development (private companies, public institutions in 70 countries) / Newsletter, Fair

  * Advise foreign media professionals on training possibilities & help them define their needs
  * Conception of pedagogical programs & identification of technical needs
  * Trainers' recruitment together with the top management (French media professionals in activity)

• CIFAP International Media Training Center (Paris) - International training coordinator / facilitator

  2004 - 2006 Media training deployment:
  * Identify training needs in order to propose tailor-made training / workshop
  * Work on training proposals in collaboration with the trainers and the technical team:
  objectives, program content, technical needs, quotations and schedule.
  * Organization of seminars / workshops in France or abroad: Preparing travel & logistic such as visa, accommodating, coordination with the French Embassy on site
  * Regular training administration (attendance sheets, evaluations, certificates, training reports).
