• B&C Group - Head of Project Management Departement

  2005 - 2009 On top of being a Project Manager (see below) I took over the responsibility for the overall department, thus reporting to the CEO.
  - I was the representative of the Project Management Department towards the board of directors.
  - I coordinated and shared the incoming studies within the Project Management Team (6 persons).
  - I improved the communication processes between the other departments.
  - I was responsible for the billing and for the issuing of some invoices (studies related).

• B&C CliniPack - Project Manager

  2003 - 2009 Project Manager at B & C CLINIPACK (settled after the purchase of the Clinipack department of SGS Biopharma)
  In Addition to the packaging of IMP’s studies, I was responsible of some “logistics” studies:
  - When needed, I helped in the creation for the sampling kits.
  - I wrote down the packaging documentation for preparation of sampling kits.
  - I ordered shipments of sampling kits in different countries and the pick-ups of the samples / specimens

• SGS BIOPHARMA - Project Leader within the Clinipack department

  2001 - 2003 I was responsible for packaging projects of medications for clinical trials:
  - Commercial interfacing and preparation of price offers.
  - When needed, I helped in the design creation for the clinical trial treatments.
  - I was the single point of contact with sponsors / customers.
  - I worked in close collaboration with the production and QC departments.
  - I created / printed / checked the labels for the treatments.
  - I wrote down the packaging documentation for medication.
  - I managed and supervised the packaging of the medication.
  - I followed-up the projects from budgetary, planning and quality standpoints.
  - I managed shipments of treatments in different countries.
  - The whole within the strict appliance of internal procedures and on-going regulatory rules (AR dated June 6th 1960, GMP, Annex 13).
  - I also wrote down SOP’s in collaboration with the QA department.

• Eurodye-CTC - Responsible of the pre- & post-sales department

  1999 - 2001 My function covered various fields:
  - As the key contact person for sales teams and customers, I had to coordinate the logistics, production and R&D departments in order to ensure delivery on due time.
  - Follow-up of payables.
  - Calculating Prodcom statistics for regulatory purposes.
  - Establishing commission notes.
  - Controlling profit margins as well as following up sales orders: logistics, pricing definition, contacts with sales agents and customers worldwide… alongside the coaching of a team comprised of 5 persons.
  - Supervising customs stock management (IM7, IM4, T1, stock reports…).
  - Participated in defining the group’s web site specifications.
  - Ensuring Tunisian-based subsidiary raw material supplies control.
  - Concrete knowledge of Quality Assurance according to ISO 9002 standards.
