  • AFRICA24 - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    SAINT CLOUD 2008 - maintenant AFRICA24 is the only Panafrican information channel broadcasting 24 hours a day, officially launched on 12 May 2009 in Paris.
    After a bit more than two years of existence, AFRICA24 is appears in the EMS Africa 2010 chart of the weekly reach of international News as the first francophone news channel with 12,8% of market share.

    As part of the founding team of this international TV News broadcaster focusing on all African countries and distributed all across Africa, Europe and the U.S., I was directly involed in establishing the right organizational chart, designing and deploying the video technical infrastructure, defining and implementing the right business model.

    On a daily basis, I am responsible for all the operations of the whole organization, approx. 100 employees as of today.
  • CELTEL INTERNATIONAL B.V., ZAIN Group - Group Marketing Manager

    2007 - 2008 CELTEL (now branded AIRTEL) is a Pan-African mobile cellular operator with over 20 million subscribers covering Burkina Faso, Chad, Congo, DRC, Gabon, Ghana, Kenya, Madagascar, Malawi, Niger, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia.

    In charge of developing, planning and executing a strategy aimed at positioning Celtel as the preferred communications partner in African corporate, medium and small businesses (newly addressed segment) through the provision of customized telecommunications capabilities and formal partnerships/alliances with major market players.
  • MICROSOFT West and Central Africa, Dakar - Public Sector and Education Manager

    2006 - 2007 Responsible for developing Microsoft Public Sector & Education business across 19 sub-Saharan French speaking countries by fostering engagements with governments, ministries and international organizations in order to position Microsoft as the preferred ICT advisor in Africa and participating to Global Digital Inclusion.
  • MICROSOFT West and Central Africa, Dakar - Business Development Manager - West Africa

    2004 - 2006 Opened the first Microsoft Local Representation based in Senegal covering the West African region (6 countries). Was primary responsible for driving the business by engaging with Enterprise and Public Sector customers.

    In charge of planning, managing and delivering on a new partner model enabling successful short, medium and long term alignment, revenue growth and partner skills augmentation.
