I am accustomed to working to a high standard of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality requirements. I am familiar with the relevant codes, standards, and procedures used in the Oil & Gas, & Mining industries.     2014 - maintenant Piping Engineer expat for Total E&P Congo through Renco-spa company responsible to carry out all aspects of piping system for EPC Oil & Gas project of Moho Nord located offshore Congo, 75Km approx from the onshore Djeno Terminal. This project consist to develop the northern part of the Moho Bilondo Terminal operated by Total company, my current mission mainly to perform the Tie-ins Execution plan package for the interconnection between MBL (Moho Bilondo) and MHN (Moho Nord) starting from process piping design; Modeling and producing isometrics including Method of statement and Job Cards for the shutdown & construction phases.

  • SARPI-spa JV (Sonatrach & ABB) - HMD / Algeria- - Mechanical Engineer

    2014 - 2014 Mechanical Engineer contractor with Sarpi-spa Joint venture of Sonatrach & ABB, working as leadership and personnel management, responsible to deal with various aspects of industrial rent service contracts for ENSP group in Algeria HMD region. My role basically is to coordinate and carry out the provision of industrial services such as manpower and all kinds of industrial materials in deadlines to the client.

  • Turbomach-SA (a Caterpillar Company) - Mechanical & Piping Process Field Engineer - Illizi / Algeria

    2013 - 2014 Mechanical and Piping Field Engineer with Cegelec company working in order of Turbomach Caterpillar Company to provide technical expertise of Piping Design & Mechanical Field Engineering for power plant 15MW construction project and pre-commissioning located in south Algeria at Illizi.
    My assignment is to collect, formalize the site engineering & Design issues and to resolve them jointly with our Turbomach Mechanical and Process Engineers head office (mainly located in Riazzino - Switzerland) in coordination with client (CEEG / SONELGAZ), my responsibilities are including to follow up Engineering configuration control process, from identification of change up to final recording of occurred and required changes.

  • SONAHESS Joint Venture (Sonatrach & HESS LTD) - HEG / Algeria - Piping / Pipeline Designer Engineer

    2006 - 2013 Oil & Gas upstream industry experience within E&P field as Piping & Pipeline Designer for preparing piping drawings, plot plans, equipment's details, Bill of Materials, layouts, complicated designs (PFD; P&ID; ISO...), Special support drawings combined within depth proficiency of AutoCAD-2011 and CadWorx-2013, and developing 3D plants design with all installations of pipeline as gas lift; gas injection; wash water; water injection and process flow lines,...etc.
    Technical Bids preparation, and supervising of sub-contractors, Field survey design and piping installation package in accordance with international codes, and specific project requirements.
